Yaeger Architecture provided architectural and interior design services for a phased renovation of this multi-story apartment building. The building was originally built as a hospital in 1911. The 85-unit development is a low-income senior housing community.
The Yaeger team conducted a Capital Needs Assessment that included building systems, a code, life safety and ADA compliance analysis along with creation of existing buidling drawings reflective of it’s current configuration.
All improvements are specified in a manner that meets or exceeds all applicable HUD and Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) construction and architectural requirements and all applicable building codes. Renovation design has addressed these factors, including designated ADA accessible apartment units along with ADA-compliant building access.
