The initial Gardens at Northgate Village project was so successful that Yaeger Architecture was commissioned to design a third phase of the project consisting of an additional 76 units and with many of the same common areas that were integrated into the initial project. The third phase was completed in September 2013 and was 90% leased prior to completion of construction.
