Yaeger Architecture (with Olsson Associates) analyzed and evaluated the building envelope and the HVAC systems for the historic Missouri Supreme Court Building in Jefferson City.

The team presented recommendations to reduce or eliminate the air and moisture infiltration that has plagued the building. The team identified the issues and prioritized measures that would overcome the infiltration issues. The prioritized measures were packaged into a Phase I improvements project.
