Yaeger Architecture provided architectural and interior design services as a member of design-build team for the Military Intelligence (MI) Battalion Headquarters with SCIF and Administration Facility. The D-B team’s selection resulted from a full and open Design-Build Request for Proposal process.

The facility consists of a new Military Intelligence Battalion Headquarters building with classrooms, NOC, BOC and SCIF. It is an example of a collaborative design and construction process that combines strong, contemporary design aesthetics, environmental sustainability, energy efficiency and complex security systems. The project uses an integrated BIM approach to maintain excellence throughout the design and construction phases.
