For this task order, the Yaeger team analyzed the Fort Leavenworth Combined Arms Center (CAC) campus parking, road, bicycle, and pedestrian networks, 500-ton central geo-thermal well field, and other miscellaneous civil issues, then made recommendations for correction. Research included location and quantity of parking, compliance with anti-terrorism and force protection, condition and capacity of storm system, and other issues facing this National Historic Landmark District.
