Yaeger has designed several projects at Building 52 for USACE Kansas City District. The first created a master plan to optimize a 5-year sequence of design and construction projects for this historic 3-star General Headquarters facility. Design services for this phase included master planning, interior space programming, and construction sequencing. Another phase, Building 52 Interior Repairs, consisted of the incorporation of educational artwork and signage to the interior of building 52 in order to reflect the importance of the building as a 3-Star CAC headquarters and also improve wayfinding. The design team worked with the end-user as well as historians, librarians, and museum curators to select artwork. The project also involved new woodwork, interior finishes, and displays.
