Argosy Casino Porte Cochere

Riverside, MO

The original porte cochère at Argosy Casino was a tensile fabric structure that covered the circle drive in front of the entrance. The fabric was destroyed during a storm and needed to be replaced.

$841,000

Completed in 2011

Yaeger Architecture, Inc. led the casino in a decision to replace the fabric structure with a traditional hard canopy. The new structure provides an increase in durability, the addition of signage, improved lighting, and a strengthened architectural dialogue between the porte cochère and the hotel structure.
