The Yaeger Architecture team embraces a Culture of Quality. The execution of this is supported by Yaeger’s formalized “Preferred Partner Experience.” This is our established process for delivering our purpose and vision to all with whom we interact: our clients, our consultants, contractors, and other stakeholder agencies. We express this in terms of “Preferred Partners” approach, our experiential design, and project delivery excellence.
Our Preferred Partner Experience is the daily expression of our Purpose, our Vision, and our project with the needs of our partners, through an explicit understanding of the reason for, and the importance of, each phase.

Yaeger Architecture champions the initiative, collectively and individually, of supporting the communities we serve through active volunteerism and engagement. The firm is currently involved with two building projects in low-income areas of the city, one for a municipality, and one for a local non-profit. Both projects have opened the Yaeger team to new understandings of culture in our community and inspired us to do more than just the work. Our team has become an active participant in fundraisers and volunteer efforts for those communities that are going to be positively impacted by the culmination of our design projects. It is an innate and unique characteristic of the firm to become heavily engrained in the communities in which we design, build, and work.
