2017 Living the Purpose Award

Yaeger Architecture on March 23, 2018

Each year we ask our employees to nominate a coworker that lives the firm’s purpose through their relationships, leadership, achievements, teamwork, creativity and innovation. This week, at our Yaeger monthly staff meeting, Aaron Rumple was awarded the 2017 Living the Purpose Award. Aaron has been with the firm a little less than a year, but was overwhelmingly endorsed by his fellow employees who lauded his “willingness to go above and beyond,” “willingness to come to your aid,” and “willingness to help resolve challenges and come up with effective practices.” The staff noted Aaron’s skill in Revit, and expressed their appreciation for his lunch and learn tutorials and e-mails on the subject. The staff was clear that they value his teamwork, helpfulness and positive attitude. Congratulations Aaron!
