Yaeger Architecture provided full design services for the Gardens at Northgate. The project is a mix of market rate and tax credit low income apartments. The initial project was developed in two phases and consisted of 180 units in three buildings.

Designed as part of an overall new urban development, the project features units fronting landscaped streetscapes and units facing a central courtyard which includes walking trails, a water feature, and outdoor gathering spaces. The project utilizes both on-site and street parking for the convenience of residents. The complex includes an exercise room, meeting rooms, crafts center, laundry facilities, and a common gathering space. The project features a two story entry lobby and hallways with windows and natural lighting.
